1. Use on clean, completely dry feet. Dry skin files most effectively.
2. Turn the file on and glide it lightly over rough areas, moving back and forth. Don't press hard or stay in one spot.
3. Check your progress often and stop once the skin feels smooth.
4. Rinse feet and apply a moisturizing foot cream.
5. Turn off, brush away skin dust, and clean the head after each use.
